Yuka, the minimalist gold bar earring

We only carries few designs of earrings. The main reason being that designs don't come to me as easily as other category such as ring or necklace. The goal of my designs is always pieces that are elegant, easy to wear but never the less they must be fun and uniquely full of character. For me it's not easy to design a earring fulfilling my requirement.

Then I notice one of the hip trend for earrings are the Gold Bar Earrings. I like it for the simplicity and elegance. So I want to create my own version of it. A simple, minimalist earring with it own character.

Using a clean and bare approach I design this lightly curved golden line on top of five gemstones. Result is an everyday jewelry that's simple, elegant and efficient. I name this design Yuka, Native America for “the stars”. Because it’s like the constellation or the path of a shooting star.
